SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT FAQ
1. Where is Axios Aegis fightwear shipped from?
All of our fightwear products are proudly cut, sewn, and printed within the United States. Fulfillment is direct from Brunswick, Georgia.
2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated tracking notification.
3. What are your domestic (US) shipping options?
We offer several shipping tiers at checkout via standard carriers and delivery times vary based on location and desired shipping speed. Generally we will see:
- Standard Ground Shipping: 3 to 5 business days after processing (USPS may take longer).
- Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days after processing (USPS may take longer).
- Free Standard Shipping: Applied automatically on all US orders over $100.
4. Do you ship internationally?
YES! We are shipping to APO, FPO, & DPO addresses internationally as well as MOST other countries. There are some countries unfortunately we do not ship to. On International orders there are NO returns. If you have questions about sizing, fitment or styles please contact us before the purchase so we can help assist you in your sizing needs.
Please note: International orders are subject to local import duties, taxes, or VAT levied by your country’s customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are built into the pricing automatically.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your package ships, an email containing your tracking number and carrier link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan and update the initial tracking status.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support within 2 hours of placing your order (make sure to include your Order No.) to. Once an order enters processing or has been dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address.
7. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is scanned into the carrier's network, delivery transit is under their management. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Check surrounding areas, porch, and with neighbors.
- Allow 24 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early).
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
If you need additional assistance with a stuck or missing shipment, reach out to our team with your order number and as much information as possible and we'll try our best to assist you. We want you to receive your items, so we'll do our best to help!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES FAQ
1. What is your return policy?
We offer exchanges and store credit only. We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method. If you need a different size, a different design, or simply wish to return your gear, you will receive either a replacement item or an Axios Aegis Fightwear digital store credit once your returned package is inspected and approved.
2. What condition must garments be in to qualify for an exchange or store credit?
To be eligible, items must be returned in 100% brand-new, sellable condition. This means:
- Unworn (other than trying on for fit)
- Unwashed and un-dried
- Free of sweat, odors, body spray, or deodorant marks
- Free of pet hair, chalk, or mat dirt
- Returned in original packaging with tags attached
Gear returned showing signs of use, washing, or wear during training will be rejected and shipped back at the customer's expense.
3. What is the time-frame to request an exchange or return?
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of your package’s confirmed delivery date.
4. How do I start an exchange or request store credit?
- Contact our support team with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Indicate whether you would like a size/item exchange or store credit.
- Once authorized, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.
5. Who covers the shipping cost for returns?
- Exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to our facility. We will cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item back out to you (domestic US orders only). Customer requested expedited shipping will be charged to the customer.
- Store Credit: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, full store credit for the item price will be issued to your account if the item(s) meet the requirements.
6. What if I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
We take quality control seriously. Please remember, the rashguards and fight shorts are hand sewn here in the USA and sometimes loose strings are missed in production. That doesn't always mean the product is defective. The loose strings can be carefully removed with scissors; however, if pulled instead it could ruin the garment. If you received a defective garment or the wrong size/design due to our error, contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear documented photos of the issue. We will immediately provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Measure
- Chest: Measure around the largest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal and level under your arms.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline (where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape comfortably snug.
Pro Fit Tips for the Mat
- Rashguards: Designed for a true compression fit. If you fall between sizes or prefer a looser, standard athletic feel, size up.
- Fight Shorts: Feature an elastic waistband with an internal drawcord and a 5" inseam. Choose your true waist size for a secure, stay-put fit during hard rolls and scrambles.
